Quartz Plate with Included Crystal
Nice attractive quartz cluster with a front and center crystal wonderfully included with chlorite, actinolite, and an unidentified yellow-brown amphibole(?)
The crystals feature semi-lustrous faces and wonderful clarity. The cluster is recrystallized in the back, and has incorporated some matrix into the bases of the crystals - as shown in the last photo. All crystals are in near flawless condition, save for a few insignificant ones around the periphery.
Dimensions: 8.7 x 6.7 x 4.5 cm approx.
